The Gardenia range’s Springform with 2 Bases offers a thousand ways to express yourself. It is equipped with an interchangeable double bottom, to make both classic cakes and donuts. Classic cakes, soft cakes, cheesecakes, donuts, sponge cakes, charlotte: in every recipe, the side latch allows you to turn out the cakes without breakage and damage. The Made in Italy quality of Guardini moulds offers the guarantee of excellent results in cooking, non-stick performances and release, thanks to the quality of Hi-Top steel and double layer non-stick coating. The Gardenia range’s Springform with 2 Bases is equipped with the special Guardini leakproof base, which allows to avoid any spilling of dough from the mould, keeping the oven and the kitchen top perfectly clean. It is available with diameter 24, 26 or 28 cm and height 7.7 cm.
