The Gardenia range’s Springform 1 base is ultra-practical, easy to clean and optimized to always offer you highest performance in the kitchen. It is made of Hi-Top steel, equipped with a double-layer non-stick coating and is BPA, PFOA and heavy metals free: an exceptional mix to unleash your imagination and make recipes for cakes, soft desserts and semifreddo. In the oven, it can be used up to 230 °C and, thanks to the side latch, allows you to turn out the cakes without breakage and damage. It is available in 30 cm diameter and 7.6 cm height.
