Recommended moulds
What do you need?
- 3 oranges
- 3 big eggs
- 125 g of caster sugar (plus 2 tablespoons for the mould)
- 150 ml of extra virgin olive oil
- 125 ml of milk
- 250 g of flour 00
- 1 baking powder for cakes
- A little bit of butter to grease the mould
- Icing sugar
How to prepare it:
Preheat oven to 200 ° C.
Grease with the butter the springform 2 bases.
Put in to the mould 2 tablespoons of sugar and make it adhere well, throwing the excess.
Beat the eggs with the sugar using an electric mixer until they are foamy.
Add the oil and the milk, always shaking.
