Pear tart with almond cream
  • 1 roll of ready shortcrust pastry
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 100 gr of sugar
  • 100 gr of almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 400 gr of pears in syrup
  • Almonds slices

How to prepare it:

Place the pastry in the tart mould. Prick the bottom several times with a fork.

Work the previously softened butter with the sugar. Then add the eggs and mix well.
