- 1 roll of ready shortcrust pastry
- 100 grams of butter
- 100 gr of sugar
- 100 gr of almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 400 gr of pears in syrup
- Almonds slices
How to prepare it:
Place the pastry in the tart mould. Prick the bottom several times with a fork.
Work the previously softened butter with the sugar. Then add the eggs and mix well.
