To ensure the continuous growth of skills, Guardini organizes an annual Training Plan based on a careful analysis of corporate training needs, involving department heads and valuing employee suggestions.

We conduct our activities in compliance with the principles of integrity, legality, and responsibility: essential conditions for ensuring value generation in the short and long term. Regulatory compliance takes on even greater importance, especially regarding the sectors for which our products are intended and their potential impacts on end customers.

In 2023, we prepared the Organizational and Management Model 231, which came into effect in 2024.

Responsible Supply Chain

The sustainability profile of a company includes managing the supply chain according to consistent principles. These encompass compliance with regulations concerning legality and human rights protection, as well as a particular focus on environmental and social aspects aimed at reducing impacts across the entire value chain.

In 2025, we will define and implement a pilot project to evaluate all our suppliers based on ESG criteria.

Responsible Marketing and Sustainability Awareness

We have established a relationship of trust with our stakeholders by transparently communicating the impact of our products during their use phase and promoting greater awareness of sustainable consumption models.
