Vanilla cake
  • 250g 00 flour
  • 250g whole eggs
  • 250g milk
  • 250g sugar
  • 120g seed oil
  • q.b. vanilla

How to prepare it:

Butter and flour the mould.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl (sift the flour first) until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture.

Place the batter in the mould and bake in the oven at 170°C for 40 minutes.
