What do you need?
- 280 grams of biscuits
- 140 grams of butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 500g of fresh ricotta
- 180 grams of sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 1/2 jam jar (Red Currant or other type) .
How to prepare it:
Use the mould Springform 1 base.
Finely chop the cookies in the mixer, combine them with melted butter and compact them well on the base of the springform base (previously covered with baking paper).
