The Gardenia range’s mould for soft tarts is a classic tart mould ... with a step! This step on the base of the mould creates a groove in the base of the tart, which is then used in the filling phase. Just turn the tart over during the release phase, after letting it cool down for a few minutes, and add everything you want for the garnish: chocolate, jam, fresh fruit, custard, but also savory seasonings, such as cheeses, salted creams, vegetables or cold cuts. Et voilà , the tart is garnished.
This mould is BPA, PFOA and heavy metals free and available with diameter 28 cm and height 4 cm.
