The Gardenia range’s Springform 2 bases offers your imagination a thousand ways to express yourself. Classic cakes, soft cakes, cheesecake and donuts, sponge cakes, charlotte: in all your recipes, the side latch allows you to facilitate the release keeping the shape of the cake intact, without breakage and damage. It features an interchangeable double bottom, to make both classic cakes and donuts. The Made in Italy guarantee of Guardini moulds ensures excellent cooking, non-stick and release results, thanks to the use of Hi-Top steel and the double layer coating. It is available in 30 cm diameter and 7.7 cm height.
