Ingredients
- 3 Bananas
- 200g Flour
- 1 Egg
- ½ Glass of milk
- 100g Raw cane sugar
- 100g Butter
- 1/2 Lemon
- ½ Sachet of baking powder (4g)
- ½ Spoon of cinnamon powder
How to prepare it:
Cut a banana in half and wet it with lemon juice.
Mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, yeast.
Mix the liquid ingredients: the mashed banana with the cold melted butter, the egg, the milk.
Combine the ingredients together, add the cinnamon powder and mix.
Butter the mould with a dusting of flour.
Pour the mixture into the mould.
Place the banana cut in half on the mixture in the mould.
Bake for 45 min at 170 °C.
Check the baking with the toothpick test, it must be dry. The baking of the plumcake will be homogeneous, both inside and out.
