In fact, the high thermal conductivity of Hi-Top steel always guarantees perfect and uniform cooking. It is also BPA, PFOA and heavy metals free and offers great resistance to scratches and wear. We recommend using it at a maximum temperature of 230°C and cleaning it thoroughly after use. The Gold Elegance range’s tart tin is available with diameter 28 cm and height 4 cm.
