For you Guardini has created the Rossana range’s tart tin, specific for the realization of this great classic pie. It is made with Hi-Top steel with non-stick coating double-layer and, thanks to the particular thermal conductivity and its low thickness, it offers excellent performance in every occasion. To be used at a maximum temperature of 230°C. The Rossana range’s tart tin does not contain BPA, PFOA and heavy metals. It is available with diameter of 28 cm and height 4 cm.
