- 100 g Butter
- 3 Eggs
- 30 g Dark Chocolate (powdered)
- 160 g Sugar
- 1 Baking powder for cakes
- 200 g Flour
- 50 g Potato flour
- 1/2 cup of Milk
- 1 vanillin sachet
How to prepare it:
Blend the eggs with the sugar using the electric whips until they get a light and sparkling mixture.
Melt the butter in a bain-marie and add it to the egg-and-sugar mixture, stirring with a wooden spoon.
Add little by little milk and continue mixing.
