The Bake and Roast Pan is suitable for the preparation of some of the most loved and typical dishes of the Italian tradition: lasagne, cannelloni or even tiramisu. Thanks to the wide edges, it will be easy to handle the mould in and out of the oven. The lid, made of plastic, perfectly adapts to the mould, closing it. The two practical handles allow easy transport of the food inside the Bake and Roast Pan. The lid is not for use in the oven.
