Made of Hi-Top steel with double-layer non-stick coating, Happy Hour range’s Springform with 2 Bases is the result of advanced non-stick coatings research and it guarantees perfect cooking and release results. The low thickness of the steel allows an uniform diffusion of the heat, ensuring a quick and homogeneous cooking for all your recipes. This mould, thanks to the double interchangeable bottom, allows you to make both classic cakes and ring cakes. The mould is available with diameter 24, 26 or 28 cm and height 6.9 cm.
