The tart is one of the Italians’ favourite cake and it is very simple to prepare with the right tool. This is why Guardini has created B-Nat range’s tart mould: a specific pan for this traditional recipe, practical and able to ensure perfect cooking results. This mould has a natural non-stick coating with double layer based on carnauba wax, a truly innovative material in terms of both performance and functionality. Carnauba wax has in fact natural non-stick properties and this allows you to easily clean the mould and to reduce the risk abrasions and scratches. It is available with diameter 28 cm and height 4 cm.
