Our Sustainable Building

Guardini’s headquarters is an example of eco-sustainable architecture, designed in 2010 to reduce environmental impact and optimize energy consumption. The building aims to be classified among the top energy efficiency categories of “CASA CLIMA,” adopting stringent standards for energy efficiency.

The structure features high-insulation masonry with a total thickness of 50 cm and energy-efficient windows. It includes passive climate control systems, such as a ventilation chimney and a “glass greenhouse” that optimizes the greenhouse effect in winter and promotes natural ventilation in summer.

The facilities were designed with sustainability in mind: the heating system uses a heat pump powered by photovoltaic panels installed on the roof, producing clean energy. Internal climate control is ensured by ceiling radiant panels, while a controlled mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery improves air quality while reducing thermal losses.

The global approach integrates advanced solutions to minimize consumption and promote environmental respect, reaffirming Guardini's commitment to a sustainable future.
