Thanks to the double interchangeable bottom of the mould, it is like having two moulds in one (two bottoms with a single band: one with flat bottom and one for ring cakes): it is therefore extremely versatile, multipurpose and space-saving. The presence of the side latch helps the release of the cakes while keeping the shape of the cake intact, without breakage and damage. For cooking classic, soft or to decorate cakes, for cheesecakes and ring cakes, sponge cakes, charlotte, the Springform with 2 Bases is the ideal companion in your kitchen. Selenia range’s moulds are made of electrolytically tin-plated steel. It is an economical type of steel, suitable for contact with food, ideal for baking all types of desserts in the oven.
