As stated in the Code of Ethics, customer satisfaction and safety are prerequisites for our organisation which are a common thread through all stages of the production chain, from raw material acquisition to distribution, and guiding the research, development and marketing of products to ensure the highest standards of efficiency and quality. Since our that products are subjected to thermal and mechanical stress in their daily use, both due to their intrinsic characteristics and to the way that the end users use and care for them, we are committed to conducting thorough product structural studies and strictly adhering to the standards and safety requirements for household cooking items. As part of the process of constantly keeping up to date with national and international regulations, we apply them within our business, developing innovative non-stick coatings which continually improve safety and performance, packaging solutions that comply with environmental labelling guidelines, FSC-certified packaging and, ahead of European standards, PTFE and PFAS-free products. In addition to verifying the origin of materials and ensuring full traceability throughout the production chain, we subject products to multiple internal and external checks to ensure perfect conformity of output. Product quality is guaranteed through the careful process management implemented in the Volpiano plant and provided by the quality management system certified according to the international standard ISO9001. Our quality monitoring system is based on pre-empting any problems which arise in the factory during acceptance, whether they relate to identification, quality, or quantity, linked to raw materials or the production process, or reported by customers through returns or complaints. During the annual senior management review, data on rejected/downgraded parts and the non-conformity register managed by the Quality Manager are analysed, among others, in order to assess the corrective and preventive actions taken and to identify any opportunities for improvement. Our efforts, involving the provision of specific training and the optimisation of the handling and moulding production processes, are aimed at further reducing the percentage of waste, achieving a dual benefit in both economic and environmental terms. non-conformities detected on product vs. 2021 -37 %
