The Gardenia range’s perforated bread mould is designed with special holes on the bottom and sides of the mould. These holes allow you to bake the bread in the oven so that the humidity of the dough, during cooking, evaporates, thus allowing a crispy baking on the outside and uniform and soft inside, for a homemade bread with perfect baking and browning, cooked just like a bakery bread. The Made in Italy quality of Guardini moulds offers the guarantee of excellent cooking, non-stick and release results thanks to the quality of the non-stick coatings with which they are made, as well as the ease of cleaning after use. Dimensions: 25x11x7 cm.
