Guardini’s moulds are made in ECCS (Electrolytic Chromium Coated Steel) and TFS (Tin Free Steel), a special type of steel, specifically designed for baking.
Thanks to its characteristics of thermal conductivity and to its low thickness, this type of steel guarantees a rapid and uniform cooking in the oven, better than any other support material.
Its high resistance makes it possible to produce bakery moulds with very thin materials so as to optimize baking time and quality.
The high performance related to the characteristics of steel and its low thickness is combined with the properties of the non-stick coating. In fact, steel is coated with non-stick paint, which guarantees an easy demoulding of cakes and the perfect cleaning of the mould after its use.
